Welcome to Colorizen. By downloading and using this application, you accept the following terms.
1. About the application
Colorizen is an iOS coloring application for adults, intended for personal use. It offers a collection of illustrations to color, creative tools (brushes, palettes, soundscapes), and an experience designed for well-being.
2. License
By downloading Colorizen, Apple grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the app on the Apple devices associated with your Apple ID.
This license is valid for life, as long as the app remains compatible with your iOS operating system.
3. In-app purchase — Colorizen Premium
Colorizen offers a single in-app purchase named "Colorizen Premium":
- Price: 9.90 CHF · 9.99 USD · 9.99 EUR (or the equivalent in your local currency, determined by Apple based on your App Store region)
- Type: one-time, non-consumable purchase
- Effect: permanently unlocks access to the entire catalog of illustrations, palettes, brushes, and premium soundscapes
- Duration: for life, with no subscription and no automatic renewal
The purchase is managed exclusively by Apple via StoreKit.
Restoring purchases
If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can restore your previous purchase via the "Restore a previous purchase" button available in the app's paywall. Apple identifies your purchase via your Apple ID — no additional information is required.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard policy (support.apple.com). Colorizen does not process refunds directly.
4. Intellectual property
All elements of Colorizen — illustrations, source code, visual identity, soundscapes, and textual content — are the exclusive property of Jordan Deman.
The in-app purchase grants you the right to use these elements for personal purposes only.
5. Permitted and prohibited uses
Permitted
- Personal, non-commercial use
- Individual sharing of your finished coloring work (for example, by private message or on your personal social networks)
- Printing your personal artwork for private use
Prohibited
- Redistribution, resale, or public dissemination of the original illustrations (before coloring)
- Decompilation, modification, or reverse-engineering of the application
- Bypassing premium protections
6. iCloud synchronization
If you enable iCloud, your in-progress coloring work and favorites are synchronized between your devices. This synchronization is handled by Apple via CloudKit. See our privacy policy for full details on how your data is handled.
7. Limitation of liability
Colorizen is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The creator cannot be held responsible for:
- Loss of data following a reinstallation, deletion of an iCloud account, or hardware failure
- Service interruption due to Apple's technical issues
- Occasional unavailability of iCloud synchronization
- Any indirect consequence related to use of the app
You are solely responsible for backing up the creations that matter to you (printing, screenshot, external sharing, and so on).
8. Changes to the terms
These terms may be revised occasionally. The version in force is always the one available at colorizen.app/terms. The "Last updated" date is indicated at the top of this page.
Any substantial change will be notified through the app.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will fall under the competent courts of the canton where the creator resides, except where binding legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
